An unprecedented collaboration between two arts organizations on a single fundraiser -- aiming to raise $200,000, to benefit the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Michigan Opera Theatre. For the occasion, a pre-benefit dance lesson was organized last Tuesday night on the sixth floor of the Opera House; transformed for the evening into a slinky Buenos Aires nightclub.According to Laura Raisch of Royal Oak, who will be one of the judges for the tango contest at the July 29 benefit, "Tango is good for your body and mind, because it involves neuromuscular thinking.
